1978 Honda Express NC50, 1535 miles, runs great, first or second try---No title, or signals, bill of sale only----This is the design where you kick it, it rachets a couple times, then pull the brake lever and it fires up---That cable is not installed properly, you have to reach down and jerk the cable itself to trip the starter, I think the cable is fine, just needs put together right and adjusted-- Tires are decent, probobly original. Headlight is not working, taillight and brakelight do--Front brake works good, rear works, but that cable issue makes it not usable. Complete, nice original seat, and in decent shape for the most part--Even has a basket....Take a look, remember no title, no idea how you can get one, ask me any other questions--Thanks
