Very rare 1978 J.C. Penney's Swinger 2 moped manufactured by Kromag of
Austria it has a Puch 50cc 2 hp 2 stroke motor.
The red bike is in in fine working order,starts easy runs very good.
This bike will go 30 mph with me on it (weighing in at 225 lbs.). It gets
close to 100 mpg. In most states you don't need a license, or insurance, because
it is considered a motorized bicycle. Mileage on the red moped is 2,507. Feel free to ask me any questions
