Vehicle Description
This is a nice original 1981 Honda Express SR scooter. It runs and drives great. The brakes work good. The blinkers, lights and horn work fine. The plastic fenders and cowl are in great shape with no tears or breaks, only minor scratches. The seat cover has no rips. It has a factory Honda basket on the front. The tires should be replaced because they are dryrotted but hold air fine. The electric start doesn't work, the starter just clicks, but it starts on the first or second kick easily. This was last registered in 1989 and has sat ever since. I drained the old gas, installed a new battery, cleaned the plug and it started right up. It is a little coldblooded and should be serviced, but runs great if you warm it up for a couple minutes. I rode this around for a few miles and it rides and operates great. It goes about 25 miles per hour. This is a very nice example an older Honda.
