Vehicle Description
You are bidding on a 1986 Kawasaki Stand-up Jet ski. This jetski Is in good running condition. The exterior has been repainted with high quality car paint not too long ago, There are many scratches in the jetski paint on the handle pole and some on the rest of the body. More pictures to come.... The battery is an Interstate battery which was put in a 2 months ago(have receipt). I bought this Ski at the beginning of the summer and drove it since. Ive taken it out over ten times this summer. Everytime I took it out I burned at least one to two tanks of gas. I put alot of hours on this and it still runs excellent. I am selling this because I'm moving to Switzerland for school in a few weeks.
The Jetski starts okay, its a little tricky if you don't know 2 strokes. But anyways, If you choke it and give it a little gas it typically starts within a minute. You can flood the engine with gas as in any 2 stroke if you try to start it improperly. In this event you may have to wait a half hour and then she will fire up. I havnt had to work on it yet, just the battery in. As for the Ride it rides excellent. It Has a upgraded jetsport ride plate. The cylinders are painted purple so i assume there may be some work done there, and by looking down the spark plug holes i see marking so it is bored over. The jetski seems to lack power on first take off but once warmed up this machine Rips at full speed. faster than 650s!. The acceleration is pretty good. i think if the carb was tuned it would run even better. but it seemed to run perfect for me for the summer. The Vehicle Has a Clear Title and also Current boat registration which is good for 3 years. the title and registration transfers for only $10 in Michigan. I would Prefer the Buyer to pickup. Although I may help with shipping or deliver it if not to far. I would like a $100 non-refundable deposite paid with 48 hours of auction end via paypal. The remaining amount will be paid upon pickup.
