Assembly
Our scooters come 98% assembled.
We are always available by phone if assembly help is needed. Its very easy and only requires a basic tool set. 30 min of assembly and you will be enjoying your new scooter.
Dont be fooled by sellers claiming to ship the scooter fully assembled, its a FLAT OUT LIE!!! There is no way to ship them 100% assembled. Ours are 98% assembled and thats the best you will find on eBay.
Assembly and your first 50 miles in gas is included with local pick up.
Warranty
We have the best warranty on eBay. Dont be fooled by others.
1 year parts warranty on the scooter, 2 year parts warranty on the engine. Parts must be shown to be defective and wear items , IE brake pads, clutch, tires, etc are not included in the warranty.
Warranty claims are handled within 10 days. Just send us a picture of the defective part, and we will have a new one mailed to you within 10 business days. This saves you money as you dont have to pay to send the original part back.

Shipping is by freight and we normally have your scooter on a truck within 24-48 hrs. Shipping will take 4-8 business days depending on your location and distance from the nearest terminal to your delivery address.
Shipping to any commerical/ business location is $224.00
Residential shipping includes a liftgate for easy unloading as well as delivery to a home address and is $274.00

Returns/Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 3 business days. All items must be new and in the original packaging.
Local pickups- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must have less then 10 miles on the scooter at time of return. No damage can be present or a return will not be accepted. Scooter must also still be untitled and unregistered with the DMV.
Delivered-Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and you must pay for the return shipping. Initial shipping charge is also not refundable
