Fee and Tax Information: ALL BIDDERS PLEASE READ IMPORTANT;
Florida residents;
All FL resident are responsible for a taxes, plus a $160 fee for tag, title transfer, dealer fee and doc fee.
Out of State Buyers;
All out of state buyers are only responsible for a $50 doc and dealer prep fee.
If the motorcycle or car is being shipped once full payment is made we will send you the bill of sale and title. In it you will have an empty envelope. You must send us back a copy of the title and bill of sale signed and a copy of your drivers license. If we do not get this back we will not release the bike or car for shipment.
If bike or car is being shipped out of state then you are responsible to register the motorcycle or car in your state and you will only be responsible for the $50 documentation transfer fee.

IF YOU BID AND WIN A BIKE OR CAR IT IS YOURS. A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $500 IS DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS. IF YOU DO NOT SEND IN THE DEPOSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS WE WILL RELIST THE BIKE OR CAR. No exceptions. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. Again, If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto or motorcycle shippers`.

There are many companies out there for shipping. We have used www.jcmotors.com and www.haulbikes.com. They have competitive rates but shop around as there are a few others that compete with them
We have the right to cancel the auction at any time. Although, we do not make it a habit to cancel auctions these bikes are also in our shop and may be sold to customers who walk in. We see a lot of Ebayers who wait until the last minute to bid but if a reasonable offer is made to us before the auction is over we will cancel the auction if there are none or low bids on the item. So, for those who wait until the last minute you may end up losing the item.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A Non-Refundable deposit of $500 is due within 24 hours of end of auction. No exceptions. The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end.
