Changes and Cancellations: Changes or cancellation of orders can be made anytime during the auction. If you need to make any changes after submission, you must contact our customer service department immediately [Monday thru Friday] to receive a confirmation of change. Failure to do so will result in the original order to be processed. Any customer refuses the product once it has left our warehouse will be charged frieght both ways. [approx. $500.00] plus 30% restocking fee and $50.00 adminstrative cost. It takes 6 to 8 weeks to get a refund. If sale or freight charges go to litigation the customer will pay all above plus attorney fees. Any damages to returned products will be charged to the customer. Any product returned to us used will be report to the police as fraud. We have the right to subtract all cost from the initial sale or deposit price. No deposit are refunded. All product sold as is. If a product has a scratch or a weld is not cosmetically appealing please know that these products and vehicle come from around the world. THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO FOLLOW THE MINIMUM MAINTENANCE AND BREAK-IN REQUIREMENTS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND FAILS TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE DOCUMENTS. • THE DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT IS CAUSED DURING SHIPPING. • PRODUCT IS USED IN A MANNER WHICH IT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR. • THE PRODUCT IS MODIFIED IN ANYWAY. • THE PRODUCT IS USED IN RENTAL OR COMMERCIAL BUSINESS. One year limited warranty is void if moped is handled in an unsafe manner. If used in a business or in a use not intended for this vehicle. No racing. All Parts that have been ok to ship back is at the customers expense, both ways. LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PARTS: Econo Powersport does not pay or reimburse any labor cost under any circumstances. We will ship to your residence only. Proof of maintaince records may be requested from time to time. Our decision is final after we have examined the returned part. Anything rubber is not under warranty. For a copy of the complete limited warranty please contact us. LIMITED WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY: THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
