Kawasaki Bayou KLF 220 Parts 1995 Most Parts Fit 88-00
Vehicle Description
This is a 1995 Bayou 220. The engine no longer has sufficient compression to start. Never got it to start after last ride out. It is in rough shape, but there are many very good parts. Most parts fit years 1988 to 2000 220's.
All 4 tires have decent tread and hold air
Recoil Starter is in excellent shape
Electric starter still works (I think...it did the last time I used it)
Clutch assembly is good.
Racks are good
Lights, tank, controls, etc... are all in decent shape
It is partially disassembled as my son and I were going to rebuild the engine, but he now has his license and you know how that goes. The fenders/panels were all repainted years ago. As you can see, it is partially dismantled, but I didn't take the pictures until afterwards, so you just don't see those things in the photos. Was originally red, and the green paint is peeling off. I am not selling this for its looks--just parts! I think the frame is bent. Never noticed that while using it, but when we took the pictures, It was noticible.
