I bought this quad brand new in June of 2005 from my local Polaris dealer. I had the dealer install the Polaris Lock N` Ride 60" Glacier Plow System, Full Kimpex faring with windshield lighted mirrors, chrome front rear racks, Warn 2500 pound winch. This quad also has the big polished aluminum wheel/tire package,12 volt power port, front rear storage compartments, rear hitch and rear trail/back-up lights. And I purchased the 4 year bumper to bumper Polaris warranty good at any Polaris dealer in the U.S. Canada and it still has a year of coverage left for the new owner. This quad has never seen a trail, mud, rain, infact this quad has never even been out of my one acre back yard and its always been garage kept. You will not find a cleaner adult pre-owned quad anywhere.
I have over $12,000.00 invested in this quad with the options warranty. I hate to sell it but I just don`t have the time or place to ride it.
I did just replace the factory battery with a $195.00 925ca Odyssey Dry Cell Battery

In response to some questions I have been asked if you were to try and replace this sportsman with a new one you would pay $7999.00 + tax for a base model 800 sportsman and you would only get a 6 month factory warranty and you color options are only red or green. Now start adding the options and the extended full coverage warranty as I did and you too will easily have $12k plus invested by the time you leave the dealership.
