Warranty
All products carry 30 Days Warranty, which covers any manufacturer defect(s) or faulty part(s). Six months warranty for internal engine parts.
The 30 days counting will be started from the day item(s) shipped out. However, our warranty does not cover any parts considered as “wear and tear” (i.e. body scratches, tires, and battery). This warranty does not cover any damages caused by inappropriate assembling and use; failure to follow the manufacturer instructions regarding use and maintenance. We provide replacement parts with reasonable fee charges (normally $10-$25).
Shipping damages and eBay feedback
Products are with insurance during shipping. If damaged, please contact shipping company immediately for filing a claim report, and notice us within 24 hours. Processing fee $10.00 -$30.00 is required for any replacement on damaged plastic parts. We will assist you to resolve any problems caused by damage. In the event that shipped products are declined anyway. We can only refund 50% of your payment upon receiving of the returned items.
