This is a race bike and sold AS IS. All sale is final. We DO NOT exchange, replace or service bikes.
All bikes carry a 30 Day Warranty. This covers any manufacturer defect or faulty part. We are confident that you will receive a quality product which is the reason we warranty all of our bikes. Our warranty does not extend to those items identified as standard "wear and tear" items (i.e. Fairing Scratching, belts, tires or batteries). This warranty shall not include any defects or damages to the bike due to mis-use, failure to follow the manufacturer recommendations concerning use and maintenance, or damage that is not the result of normal use. In the event of a defect, replacement parts will be sent with small processing fee (normally $10-25) to rectify the problem.
Shipping damage: All bikes are insured during shipping. Please check carefully the time you receive the ATV. If there is a damage, please write it on on the bill of landing or please contact shipping company to file claim with them and notify us within 24 hours so we can help you. We need you to send us pictures and email to process the claim. We will require small handling fee $10.00 -$30.00 to ship any plastic parts to replace damage. DO NOT refuse ANY shipment regardless product condition. We will work with you to resolve any damage related issues. If product refused anyway and sent back we will only issue 50% refund back as soon as it comes back.
