Remember it is important to read the owner's manual before you ride. Before each ride, take time to check your vehicle equipment. Always wear approved safety equipment. (DOT) Approved helmet, eye protection, protective clothing, gloves and boots.
Parental supervision is advised whenever a minor is operating a motorized bike, ATV or Go-kart. All vehicles must be operated with extreme care. Every rider should be aware of the limits of his or her skills, experience, and abilities and ride accordingly. Extra care must be used for children under the age of 14 and less experienced riders.
It is of your best interest and the persons around you to ride in a responsible manner, respecting the environment as well as all state and local laws. Ride responsibly, and remember safety comes first.
Do not drink and ride. It is illegal and dangerous. We encourage you to ride safely and respect the environment (e.g., up and down inclines, wet weather, at dusk, after dark, at times of poor visibility). Operating this motorized vehicle may result in serious injuries or death may occur.
We are not responsible for any mishaps to rider (operator) owner/buyer or vehicle. Rider/buyer/operator and parents or legal guardian must accept all responsibilities and risks.

I acknowledge and understand that riding a Dirt Bike is a dangerous activity that requires strenuous exercise and various degrees of skill and experience for individual riders. I understand that these activities can result in serious injury to the person and damages to property and voluntarily assume any and all risk associated with loss, damage or injury while riding these dirt bikes. I am aware of the risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability inherent with the specific use of dirt bikes as well as those inherent risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury, death and disability. I am aware that the usual risks, hazards and dangers of personal injury and disability increase with inexperience. I hereby agree to release and forever discharge the Seller or its Parent Company, and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer from any and all claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to my participation or use of the dirt bike, use of equipment or property supplied by the Seller or its parent company or my presence upon the premises, whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, the manufacturer or the distributor. By this AGREEMENT, it is my intention to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal right to seek damages from the Seller or its Parent Company and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This AGREEMENT shall be affecting and binding upon my heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns. I hereby certify that I am over the age of 18 years of age. I have carefully read the foregoing and acknowledge that I understand and AGREE to all of the above terms and conditions. I have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this AGREEMENT and the affect of the same. I am aware that by purchasing this item and sending/remitting payment for it/them, I assume all risk and waive and release certain substantial rights that I may have or possess. Payment has to be made within 7 days with your phone number and choice of color if offered above after listing ended. INHERENT RISKS: Warning! Scooter riding activities involve the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, but not limited to, disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death. These inherent risks and dangers may be caused by Purchasers own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, participating or not participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of others. There may be additional risks, including social and economic loss, either known or unknown to Purchaser, not readily foreseeable, and Purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of Purchaser s participation in scooter riding activity.
OPERATION, REGISTRATION AND LICENSE: Purchaser is responsible for registering and operating the motor scooter in accordance with local and state laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representations that the motor scooter is legal for operation in your City and State.
