This item sold AS IS except for a 90 day replacement parts only warranty against manufacturer defects on the rest of the vehicle and lifetime technical support. These warranties are parts only warranties, labor charges, shipping damages, accidents, abuse and normal wear and tear are not covered under these warranties.
NOTE: Sorry there are no refunds or returns. All sales are final.
Shipping Information
Shipping is by DHL. Shipment from our Steubenville, Ohio warehouse to any address in the continental U.S. is only $29.00. We do not profit from shipping costs. We pass our savings on to you - the customer.
Local pick-up is available at our Steubenville, Ohio warehouse M-F 9am to 5pm EST.

All items purchased from Teezee Motorsports are normally shipped within 2 business days once payment is cleared.. Normal arrival time is within 6 days from ship date.
NOTE: All products are shipped F.O.B. WE AREN'T responsible for shipping damage. Any damage during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company. Customers are responsible for inspecting their item before accepting the shipment. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST you inspect your product when it is received. If your item is damaged during shipment please note the damage on the Bill of Lading and file a damage claim with the freight company. We can provide you with assistance during the process of filing the damage claim if needed.

Further understand that you are responsible for damage to the equipment. The purchaser understands the nature of Dirt Bike riding and Dirt Bike related activities and acknowledges that he or she and or its intended user is qualified to operate the Dirt Bike and is in proper physical condition to participate in such activity.
Purchaser agrees to assume all risks when allowing others to operate purchaser’s Dirt Bike. If purchaser is not familiar with the nature of Dirt Bike riding then the purchaser should seek professional training before using.
Assembly
This unit is 95% assembled in the factory crate. Final assembly is simple and can be performed with common hand-tools.
Operation and Registration:
Purchaser is responsible for operating the Dirt Bike in accordance with local and state laws and ordinances. Seller makes no representations that the Dirt Bike is legal for operation in your particular City and State.
